I offer therapy for lasting growth and change

People usually begin therapy when they sense there is an issue or something is off. Therapy can support one in accessing a more accepting, fulfilling, and inspired life.

In our work together, I will guide you in developing empathy and compassion for yourself and whatever pain points in your life. I completely believe you are worthy of compassion, empathy, and forgiveness.

I will support you on turning toward what is uncomfortable in a way that is safe. Movement towards what you have previously wanted to avoid, will support your growth.

I work with adults and couples with these and other issues:

  • Relationship & Sexual Concerns
  • Unhealthy Coping Mechanisms, such as substance abuse, disordered eating, and distressing behavioral patterns
  • Anxiety and Depression

The doorway to healing is inward and to have felt experiences.

I will guide you in a gentle way of sensing how the situation feels in your body—the knot in your stomach or the lump in your throat.
